Review: Severed Souls

Really good read. A bit fast-paced and shorter than I would have liked. I think some of the scenes could have been more detailed, but overall very good conclusion to their story. I feel like I could have gone another book for the series, but most of the questions were answered and I liked that Lucy and Marcus got what they wanted in the end.

Review: Rebel Bound

Rebel Bound by Shauna E. Black

This was a good book and fast read. However, a lot of it was predictable and the connection between Caelin and her rescuer was a bit overdone. For someone who doesn't want to let anyone in, she does so without much coercion. I was quite surprised by the last 20 or so percent of the book and will be reading the next in the series.
